NAPA AutoCare Center - Friendship Auto Service

These folks were great! We had a serpentine belt break on a journey from the east coast to the Midwest. We almost had the belt replaced but did not have the correct tool. The AAA driver towed us to their location and dropped our vehicle after hours. Within an hour of opening the next morning, these folks had us back up and on the road. Thanks everyone.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while because I really do think Friendship Auto deserves it. I originally brought my car in for an inspection and a TPMS issue, and afterward there ended up being a whole complicated situation involving some damage I noticed on the side of my car (note: this was not caused by Friendship). John was incredibly patient with me, took the time to look into everything, and was just genuinely kind through the whole mess. He even helped me get the damage repaired for a really reasonable price when he absolutely did not have to. There was also some confusion later with the bill, and once I explained what was going on, they were immediately understanding about it and handled it without making an already stressful situation any harder. John and Jamie are both just incredibly kind people. Every interaction I’ve had with them has felt very human and personal, which can honestly feel so rare anymore. They’ve both been so warm and gracious with me, and showed me an enormous amount of patience even when the situation itself was stressful. I’m really grateful for how they treated me, and I would absolutely recommend Friendship Auto to anyone looking

Outstanding service. Owner was there the day my car was towed in off the highway. Shop wasn't even open, but he took almost 2 hours out of his day to fix my car with no appointment because I was a long ways from home. Phenomenal customer service, excellent work ethic, open communication about what was wrong and what he needed to fix, and great work. Car hasn't had any problems since. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Harrisburg area.

Friendly, personable family owned business. We were treated very respectfully. We had them perform a pre-purchase inspection. A detailed report was issued. They assured us that the vehicle was in good shape and prioritized future repairs that might be needed. No pressure. I recommend this shop.

This was the first time I needed to have my car serviced since my old mechanic retired a few years ago. I needed brakesreplaced, so I searched for an honest mechanic that does good work. I am so glad that I found Friendship Auto service! They assessed my car and it's systems. The report provided to me listed what they identified as good, what will need attention soon, and what needed serving now. Not only did they include a picture of my braking system, they included educational videos that explained important information. Becuase of this process, I was educated and had a level of comfort that only necessary work would be done. What a relief! Everyone, including the owner, was very nice. Even the mechanics that were not working on my car spoke to me as I walked by. The office staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. This is where I will being my car going forward.
